About Delivery
How we deliver
All products are delivered digitally — there are no physical shipments. Order details, subscription information, and setup instructions are sent to the email address you provide at checkout.
Shipping fees
Digital delivery is free on all orders. We do not charge shipping or handling fees at checkout.
When to expect delivery
Delivery is automated. Your account and activation details and setup instructions are sent to your email immediately after payment confirmation.
We understand how important fast access is when buying software, and we've built our system to ensure secure, automated delivery with minimal delays.
Orders flagged for payment or identity verification may be held until the requested check is complete. If this affects your order, we will contact you at the email address provided during checkout.
Tracking your order
Use a valid email address at checkout. After payment, check your inbox as well as your spam and promotions folders. Your order confirmation and digital delivery notice are sent separately.
Missed or delayed delivery
If you don't receive your delivery email, please check your spam or junk folder first. If you still can't find it, contact our support team with your order number and we'll resend it within 1 day.
